Experience and Expertise
Tim is a partner in the firm's Roseville office. He joined GALLINA in 2007 after serving as a subsidiary controller for a large publicly traded company and became a partner in 2014. Prior to his experience as a controller, he worked for a large regional public accounting firm for five years.
His areas of expertise include accounting and auditing services. His focus is on contractors, real estate, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout his career, Tim has helped clients add value and successfully implement new accounting pronouncements by performing technical research, and recommending innovative and more streamlined approaches to tackling challenges. He believes a hands-on and timely service relationship is essential in helping the firm's clients achieve their goals./p>
Tim’s approach is continued learning to ensure an exemplary team. As a leader and educator, Tim has impacted his colleagues and staff during his career. He has instructed several continuing education programs. Tim has also assumed leadership roles for internal quality control, emerging accounting issues and staff mentoring initiatives.
