Experience and Expertise

Eve draws on a unique combination of Big Four accounting firm experience at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, and private industry perspective, from her 12 years as CFO.  She found her passion from reading and applying the tax code to effectively tax planning while studying at McGeorge Law School. Her early career as a special agent for the criminal investigation division at the IRS gives her insight into how to work successfully with the service.

Eve specializes in tax planning and structuring for various industries including construction, manufacturing, high technology and real estate and individuals. She also provides support with IRS controversies including examination and appeals.

Approach

Eve serves her clients by gaining a deep understanding of their goals, needs, and vision for the future. She then works with them to structure transactions and business opportunities to minimize tax ramifications and accelerate progress toward their goals.
