John began his career in public accounting during 1986, ten years later started his own firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, and then merged his practice with GALLINA in January, 2011. Although the majority of John’s professional experiences have been in construction and real estate related industries, he also services companies in the manufacturing, franchising, professional service and retail sectors.

A 1984 California State University of Sacramento graduate, John has built upon his educational foundation with professional development coursework in many technical and business management areas. It is through prior industry experience, working in the construction trades and for a commercial real estate development company after graduating college, that has enabled him to take a common sense approach while serving his clients. In addition to providing the traditional audit, accounting and tax compliance services, John personally provides his clients a variety of business advisory services.

Personally, John enjoys participating in pretty much all athletics and spending his spare time with family and friends. Married for nearly 30 years with four children and one grandson, John has actively participated in several professional and charitable organizations, construction industry trade associations, and other community service groups, including over 20 years of coaching youth sports.
